He is a highly experienced managing director and a pioneering figure in aviation and tourism media, with a distinguished career spanning over 30 years. As the co-founder of The Mavis Company Limited, he is the driving force behind the successful ARRIVALNEWS newspaper and ARRIVAL MAGAZINE, established publications that are respected voices within the industry. Fadairo's expertise is rooted in a unique blend of hands-on journalism—having served as an Aviation and Diplomatic Correspondent—and strategic leadership, further honed by a Master's degree in International Business Management from the University of Cumbria, UK. He is a proven leader, having served multiple terms as president and sole administrator of the prestigious League of Airport & Aviation Correspondents (LAAC) in Nigeria. She is a Visionary Leader / Project Development Advocate and Strategist / Peace Ambassador. Titilola Onigbanjo, born to a Nigerian father and a Ghanaian mother is an African - American. She is the CEO/FOUNDER, Development World. CEO/FOUNDER, TTL SYNERGYIA Long standing BUREAU CHIEF, Tourist Magazine....... since the 70s. Her professional career spans aviation, development, sustainable food, media, and humanitarian service. She began her journey upon her University graduation, in the Aviation industry as a Youth Corper with the Nigeria Airways' public relations department, and later opted for NAA, excelling at the Nigerian Airports Authority (now FAAN) where she was Associate Editor of Airport News and worked as a public relations officer in NAA headquarters, international Airport, General aviation terminal and the Hajj & Cargo Terminal of the airport where she headed the public relations department in some terminals of the airport. Her outstanding contributions earned her the Public Relations Personnel of the Year Award (1994), given by the Nigerian public, and organized by Corporate Travels and Tours at the Sheraton hotel and tower. A visionary thinker, she championed as the Executive director of NAL, the first-ever nutritious, yet untapped, yet unknown African Foods, Drinks & Allied Workshop with a trade exhibition in 2010, in collaboration with the development experts of the National Center for Women Development, spotlighting Africa’s untapped nutritional foods, drinks and wealth. Today, she continues to shape ideas in sustainable development and international trade, while serving globally as an International Peace and Security Ambassador with Kingsland Humanitarian Foundation. Her legacy of innovation, service, and patriotism will be crowned at the upcoming global Awards where she will be honored in all ramifications.
